Attendance is HR process affecting everyone and critical as a basic input to payroll processing. HR faces problems of integrating attendance inputs from different attendance logging systems, card and biometric scanners and manual attendance registers across all business locations.
FE Attendance system is accessible online to all the employees. FE HRMS can also be configured to pick up swipe card data from any access control system.
Any combination of weekly offs can be set for a group of employees based on every (say) Sunday and / or 1st / 2nd / 3rd / 4th and 5th (say) Saturday or on the basis of even / odd monthly or even / odd yearly occurrences of the day of the week.
Company Holiday List can be integrated in attendance system as offs, easing employee’s work while marking attendance.
The attendance month period can be set different than the calendar month to take into account the cut off provision to be able to give salaries on the 1st of every month. You can also decide whether an employee can regularize his attendance within how many days after his absence and the same can be approved within how many days of the attendance regularization submission
Approval Based Workflow
Employees mark attendance using ESS as per the office policy. It could be daily/weekly/monthly. This attendance is visible to manager who can approve/reject the attendance marked by team.
Employee can edit the attendance if required which will send alert to the manager for final approval.
FE Attendance Module is integrated with Holiday List, Leave Management as well as Payroll Management Module which makes it strong and effective part of your HR system
This allow to pull out attendance summary to track on employee’s attendance.
